This week the Children have been writing their very own Adverts for a new friend. They have used lots of wonderful adjectives and conjunctions to make their writing engaging for the reader. They have also included characteristics that they are looking for in a friend.

Over the next term the Children will be able to view these adverts and choose a friend to play with in the playground, if they are feeling a little lonely!

WELCOME TO A NEW SCHOOL YEAR!

What a brilliant first week we have had in year 3! It has been lovely to see the faces of my new class beaming with big smiles. 

We have spent this week learning the rules of our new classroom. We have discussed; sanctions and rewards, our place in the school, classroom signs and signals - all ready to be put into practice next week!
